Julie Verburg, PA-C
CertifiedPhysician Assistant

"My goal is to provide the best quality healthcare in an efficient yet compassionate manner, treating each patient as I would want my own family members to be treated."

Julie switched her major from chemical engineering to biochemistry after becoming fascinated with the science of the human body. She graduated and starting work for Abbott Labs, but soon realized that she missed interacting with people and being able to see the positive impact she could make in their lives. Subsequently, she decided to attend school to become a physician assistant.

Hobbies/Special Interests:

In her free time, Julie participates in family activities with her husband and two kids. She enjoys training their rambunctious rescue dog, a golden retriever mix. She is an avid gardener and landscaper and enjoys home DIY projects with her family. She is the soccer and basketball team manager for her kids' teams. She is a room mother for both her kids and often volunteers with the Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts and in the grade school.
