Dr. Faltas was born and raised in Alexandria, Egypt where he received his medical degree at the University of Alexandria. He then moved to the United States to fulfill a surgical internship in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Faltas went further to complete an Anesthesiology residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA as well as an Interventional Pain Fellowship program at Rush University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Faltas focuses on treating pain at an individual level, understanding that each patient may have different needs and should be cared for with a comprehensive and individualized approach.

Hobbies/Special Interests:

Snorkeling, Scuba diving, downhill skiing and cooking. Dr. Faltas volunteers at the Saint Mary's Coptic Orthodox church in St. Paul and is involved in medical mission work in Egypt and Africa.

Professional Achievements:

Dr. Faltas has a remarkable history of volunteering, research and authoring. In 2016, he established a charity based pain clinic in Alexandria, Egypt to provide chronic pain consultations and procedures to underprivileged patients.
