Rita Christensen is a certified family practice nurse practitioner. She has 30 years of professional nursing experience in a number of medical specialties, including postoperative patient management, critical care and cardiac care. In addition, she has taught at St. Vincent Hospital, Bellin Memorial Hospital and Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College, all in Green Bay.

Rita holds a master's degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin inOshkosh and a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay. She belongs to numerous professional associations, including the American Nurses Association, where she has served on its district board and finance committee, and the American Society for Pain Management Nursing, where she has served as secretary, president elect and president of the Wisconsin chapter.

Rita joined the Advanced Pain Management team at the Green Bay clinic in 2009. She and her husband reside in Manitowoc County. They have two married daughters and several grandchildren.

Hobbies/Special Interests:

In her free time, Rita enjoys gardening, cooking, quilting and spending time with her family and friends.
